We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to grow a scoliosis services segment within our clinic network in the Klang Valley.

• This is a hands-on role focused on business growth, sales performance, patient acquisition, and clinic operations coordination. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building referral networks, and increasing patient conversion rates across multiple clinic locations.

• We are looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and results driven, with strong business development and relationship building skills.

You should be comfortable working independently in a fast paced, startup style healthcare environment, and motivated by the opportunity to build and grow a new healthcare business segment from the ground up.

Scoliosis Program Leadership & Operations

• Lead and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the scoliosis program across participating clinics

• Establish and standardize workflows, patient journeys, and operational processes related to scoliosis care

• Coordinate closely with operation manager, chiropractors, and support staff to ensure smooth program execution

• Monitor service quality, patient experience, and operational efficiency across all locations

• Act as the primary point of contact for scoliosis‑related operations and program development

Business Development & Patient Growth

• Drive the growth of scoliosis patient intake across clinics through targeted initiatives and partnerships

• Develop and execute strategies to attract, convert, and retain scoliosis patients

• Identify opportunities to strengthen referral pipelines (internal referrals, external healthcare partners, schools, wellness partners, etc.)

• Work closely with the marketing team to support scoliosis‑focused campaigns, events, talks, and outreach activities

• Track patient acquisition performance and continuously refine growth strategies

Clinic & Team Collaboration

• Work hands‑on with clinic teams to ensure alignment on scoliosis service delivery and patient communication

• Support training and onboarding of clinic staff on scoliosis‑related workflows, scripts, and patient handling

• Provide guidance and coordination rather than large‑team management, given the current scale of operations

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor key metrics related to scoliosis program performance, including patient numbers, conversions, and retention

• Prepare regular reports on program growth, challenges, and opportunities

• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to management to support decision‑making and program expansion

Continuous Improvement & Program Development

• Identify gaps in patient experience, operations, or service delivery and propose improvements

• Support the evolution and expansion of the scoliosis program as the business grows

• Ensure the scoliosis service offering aligns with Chiropractic First’s clinical standards, brand values, and patient care philosophy

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, operations management, healthcare management, or a related role

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, allied health, or clinic‑based environments is highly preferred

• Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive growth, patient acquisition, or service expansion

• Solid operational skills with the ability to manage processes, people coordination, and multiple clinic locations

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable working hands‑on in a growing, dynamic environment rather than managing large teams

• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities
