Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior E-commerce Executive to support the daily operations of our online sales channels. The role involves assisting in product listing management, campaign execution, order coordination, and maintaining good customer experience across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and etc).

• Upload and update product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.

• Monitor product performance and prepare basic sales reports.

• Support execution of online campaigns and promotions (e.g., double-day sales).

• Assist in creating basic product visuals and coordinating with designers when needed.

• Update stock levels and ensure product availability is accurate across platforms.

• Assist in managing platform ads (e.g., Sponsored Ads, TikTok Ads) under guidance.

• Handle customer enquiries via chat and support good customer service ratings.

• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for order processing and fulfilment.

• Monitor competitor pricing and promotions for reference.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.

• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or retail operations.

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data entry).

• Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
