About the role

Zich Pharma Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Compounding Pharmacist to join our team in Denai Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our pharmacy's operations. As a Compounding Pharmacist, you will be responsible for preparing custom medications to meet the unique needs of our patients.

What you'll be doing

1. Compound and dispense custom medications, including capsules, creams, and solutions

2. Consult with patients and healthcare providers to understand specific medication requirements

3. Ensure all compounded medications meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations

4. Maintain accurate records and inventory of compounding materials and supplies

5. Manage a team of Assistant Pharmacists/Pharmacy Technicians in the day-to-day operations of the compounding pharmacy

6. Provide guidance and training to Assistant Pharmacists/Pharmacy Technicians on compounding techniques and procedures

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in compounding pharmacy practices and regulations

What we're looking for

1. Registered pharmacist with a valid license to practice in Malaysia

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a compounding pharmacy or similar role

3. Proficient in compounding a wide range of pharmaceutical preparations

4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare providers

6. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
