Personal Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Personal Assistant to support Managing Partner in both professional and personal matters. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, adaptable, and able to handle flexible working hours, including occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide full-spectrum personal and administrative support to Managing Partner
Manage schedules, appointments, and calendar coordination
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation
Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks as required
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations when needed
Support basic accounting tasks (e.g. expense tracking, simple bookkeeping, invoice handling)
Liaise with internal teams and external parties on behalf
Record and prepare minutes of meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and decisions
Monitor and follow up on action items, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure timely execution
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any field
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Flexible with working hours, including evenings or weekends when required
Willing to travel (local and/or overseas) as needed
Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Independent, resourceful, and able to work under pressure
Attention to detail with strong follow-through
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
