Job Summary:
The ICT Technician is responsible for testing Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) using In-Circuit Test (ICT) equipment to ensure product quality and functionality. This role supports production by identifying defects, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining testing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ICT testing on PCBA according to work instructions and test procedures.

• Identify and troubleshoot PCB assembly defects such as missing components, shorts, opens, and solder issues.

• Analyze test failures and support repair or rework activities.

• Maintain and operate ICT machines, fixtures, and testing tools.

• Record test results and prepare basic reports.

• Work with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.

• Assist in setup and validation of new test programs or fixtures when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of electronics components and PCB assembly.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
