KLIQ by ANGO is looking for a warm, professional Front Office Associate to be the face of our guest experience. You'll manage the full front desk operation — from check-ins and reservations to issue resolution and night audit — ensuring every guest leaves with a great impression.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Reception & Service

Greet and welcome guests professionally and warmly at all times

Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately

Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

Resolve guest concerns promptly and ensure a positive experience throughout their stay

Reservations & System Management

Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately

Update the Property Management System (PMS) in a timely manner

Track occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback; report key updates to management

Operations & Coordination

Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met

Handle check-ins for third-party operator guests.

Manage key cards — collect upon departure, enforce lost key policy.

Maintain front desk cleanliness, organisation, and administrative records

Night Audit (Night Shift)

Verify daily transactions in the PMS

Reconcile cash collections and credit card settlements

Organise keys for next-day arrivals and handover pending arrivals to security

Sales & Compliance

Promote hotel services, packages, and promotions; support upselling efforts

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and emergency procedures

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality Management is an advantage

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in front office or guest service roles

Proficient in English; good Bahasa Malaysia proficiency; additional language is beneficial to assist different country speaking guest.

Familiar with PMS and Microsoft Office Suite

Warm, outgoing, and customer-focused personality

Able to multitask and stay composed during peak hours

Willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
