About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Architecture Intern to join our dynamic team at ANJUNG IMPIAN DEVELOPMENT . This is a full-time internship opportunity based in Terengganu, offering you the chance to gain practical experience in architectural design and project development. As an intern, you will work alongside experienced architects and designers, contributing to real-world projects whilst developing your professional skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to launch their career in architecture and gain valuable industry experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting senior architects in the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to completion

2. Producing architectural drawings, sketches and technical documentation using CAD software and design tools

3. Conducting site surveys and measurements to support project planning and design phases

4. Researching building materials, construction techniques and design trends relevant to ongoing projects

5. Participating in design meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and perspectives

6. Supporting the preparation of project proposals, presentations and client documentation

7. Assisting with 3D modelling and visualisation of architectural designs

8. Helping to coordinate between design, engineering and construction teams

9. Learning and applying building codes, regulations and planning requirements in design work

What we're looking for

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited Architecture programme or related discipline

2. Strong proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit or similar design tools

3. Basic knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes and construction methods

4. Excellent drawing and visualisation skills with attention to detail

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

8. Keen interest in contemporary architectural design and urban development

9. Familiarity with 3D modelling software such as SketchUp, Lumion or similar tools is advantageous
