Job Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift safely to support daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, moving, stacking, and arranging materials or finished goods.
• Receive incoming materials, components, parts, and finished goods according to warehouse procedures and work instructions.
• Check and verify incoming and outgoing goods against delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, or related documents.
• Assist in proper storage, labeling, arrangement, and identification of materials in the warehouse.
• Support material issuance to production based on approved requests, production plans, or warehouse instructions.
• Perform picking, packing, loading, and dispatching activities for outgoing shipments.
• Ensure all materials and products are handled properly to prevent damage, mix-up, loss, or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, including receiving, issuance, stock movement, inventory, and delivery documentation.
• Assist in stock count, cycle count, inventory checking, and reporting of stock discrepancies.
• Ensure forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment are used properly and maintained in good condition.
• Follow company SOPs, safety rules, 5S practices, warehouse procedures, and ESD requirements where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and good housekeeping in the warehouse and loading area.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Production, QA, Logistics, and other departments to support daily operation needs.
• Report any material damage, shortage, abnormality, equipment issue, or safety concern to the superior immediately.
• Perform any other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the superior or management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in any related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in warehouse, store, logistics, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Must have valid forklift driving license or forklift competency certificate.
• Able to operate forklift, pallet jack, and other basic warehouse equipment safely.
• Experience in handling raw materials, components, finished goods, or production materials will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, issuing, and shipment processes.
• Able to read and check delivery orders, packing lists, labels, and basic warehouse documents.
• Good attention to detail and able to maintain accurate stock records.
• Able to perform physical warehouse tasks, including lifting, moving, arranging, and loading goods.
• Willing to work on the warehouse floor and support overtime or shift work when required.
• Basic knowledge of 5S, safety practices, and proper material handling is an advantage.
• Responsible, disciplined, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
