Role Description The Wealth Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. This role involves meeting with clients to understand their financial goals, assessing their current financial situation, and developing tailored wealth and protection plans. The Wealth Planner will recommend appropriate insurance and investment products, monitor clients’ portfolios, and conduct regular reviews to ensure plans remain aligned with changing needs and market conditions. Daily tasks include preparing proposals, explaining financial concepts in clear terms, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver quality service. The role also requires staying updated on financial markets, regulatory developments, and company offerings to provide informed guidance.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Investments to design and implement comprehensive wealth plans.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Investment Management to monitor, review, and optimize client portfolios.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Insurance to advise on suitable protection and savings solutions.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and market information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and explain financial concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work in an on-site, client-facing environment in Greater Kuala Lumpur, managing multiple client relationships responsibly.
  • Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications in wealth management or financial planning are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or insurance sales is beneficial.
