• Strong mobile shooting skills and hands-on mastery of editing tools like CapCut, VN, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Deep understanding of the TikTok, Instagram, and Threads algorithms, including hooks, caption optimization, and trending audio.
• Ability to craft strong hooks and write engaging marketing copy that turns casual viewers into active leads.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Exceptional self-discipline and speed, with a highly proactive and organized approach to daily creative output.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or acting as video talent whenever a human touch is needed to boost engagement.

• Produce a high-impact daily target of 8 short-form videos (4 for Fursa and 4 for Chartis) to help us maintain a relentless and highly visible social presence.
• Shoot aesthetic, premium-looking video content independently using your phone or basic setup, ensuring every frame aligns with our brand identities.
• Edit videos with sharp cuts, engaging subtitles, music, sound effects, and smooth transitions to keep viewer retention high in the first crucial seconds.

Trend Research & Strategic Ideation

• Plan daily and weekly content calendars, researching viral formats, emerging platform updates, and hot hooks to keep our brands ahead of the competition.
• Brainstorm diverse content angles including educational tips, brand storytelling, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments to keep our feed fresh and educational.
• Adapt high-performing ideas into versatile formats suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Threads, maximizing our reach across all digital touchpoints.

Platform Management & Performance Optimization

• Upload and schedule postings accurately according to our agreed daily calendar, ensuring captions are simple, compelling, and optimized with strategic hashtags.
• Monitor core performance metrics like views, comments, shares, and incoming leads to help us understand what resonates best with our audience.
• Refine video concepts weekly based on real performance data and team feedback, allowing you to constantly elevate the overall output quality.
