Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions
• .Evaluate existing business processes, conduct impact and gap analyses, and recommend process improvements to support business objectives
• .Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical documentation, including Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs)
• .Partner with business users, solution architects, developers, and third-party vendors to design and deliver effective system solutions
• .Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of CRM and Credit/Loan Origination systems
• .Define system integration requirements, including APIs, interface specifications, workflow designs, and data mapping
• .Coordinate and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production deployment activities
• .Monitor project milestones, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery throughout the project lifecycle
• .Collaborate closely with project managers and cross-functional teams across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• .Provide post-implementation support by troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating issue resolution
• .Prepare and maintain project documentation while ensuring compliance with governance, regulatory, and organizational standards

## Required Skills & Qualifications

* 6–9 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role within the banking or financial services industry.

* Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Credit/Loan Origination systems.

* Strong understanding of the lending lifecycle, system integration, APIs, and data flows.

* Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and documentation (FSD/TDD).

* Working knowledge of SQL, Jira, Confluence, and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in retail, commercial, or corporate banking.

* Knowledge of Loan Management Systems, Credit Decisioning platforms, or cloud-based lending solutions.

* Exposure to microservices architecture, enterprise integration, or data analytics.

* Familiarity with banking regulatory and compliance requirements.

* Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
