We are looking for an organized, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant (PA) to support daily operations and enhance efficiency within our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities with ease.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
• Organize travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
• Handle emails, calls, and other correspondence professionally
• Maintain and organize files, documents, and records
• Assist with both personal and business-related tasks as required
• Coordinate and track ongoing projects to ensure deadlines are met
• Support various ad hoc administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools
• Positive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills
