Support administrative and office-related tasks
Prepare reports & assist with day-to-day admin tasks
Maintain proper records and assist with monthly reporting
Arrange for travelling documents (visa application, tickets etc)
Manage Company Homestay
Prepare document for Managing Director
Prepare and serve foods and beverages for guests
Handle incoming phone calls, directing phone calls to the
related and relevant parties, taking message from callers and
conveying it to the intended recipients etc.

Travelling Arrangement
1. Arrange for travelling documents (visa application
etc.)
2. Get quotation, arrange for flight tickets, airport
transfer, lodging and other logistics for travelling
staff or company guests
Good Office Maintenance
1. Maintaining the cleanliness and all the good office
environment including ensuring that office areas
are in good order, clean, well maintained, properly
decorated etc
2. Ensure that all lightings, water tap and piping,
office equipment, furniture and fixtures such as
fax, photocopier, overhead projector, binding
machine, air-conditioner etc. are in good order and
functioning well.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
