About Us

We are a growing retail pharmacy company committed to delivering quality healthcare products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated Account Executive to join our Finance team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounting functions or assigned accounting tasks.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial reports.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and monthly account reconciliations.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and filed.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, pharmacy or FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL Accounting, AutoCount or other accounting systems is preferred.
