Working hours:
Working hours are Monday to Friday, based on assigned shift:
- Morning Shift: 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Afternoon Shift: 12:30pm – 9:30pm
Urgent and emergency 24×7 requests with 2-hour response outside the assigned shift from Monday to Friday will be compensated with time off.
Urgent and emergency 24×7 requests with 2-hour response on Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holidays will be compensated as overtime (OT).
Scope of work
- Hardware delivery/receive at DC
- Rack mount servers
- Decommission & dispose old servers
- Vendor escorting
- Asset tagging, tracking and asset audit
- Update inventory file
- Check power consumption and provide utilization information
- Regular update and publish DC utilization reports
- Perform hardware swamp in accordance with bank instructions on bank responsibility
- Assist bank staff with troubleshooting of server, network or other equipment installed in bank DCs and technical rooms
- Cable Patching / Troubleshooting
- Backup Media Handling
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
