Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods according to specifications.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges with accuracy.
• Perform inspections based on basic measurement knowledge and product drawings.
• Record inspection results and generate reports for documentation purposes.
• Identify non-conformities and escalate to relevant departments for corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO procedures, and customer requirements.
• Conduct routine quality checks and audits to ensure process consistency.
• Support investigations on customer complaints related to product quality.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with production and QA teams to improve quality processes continuously.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Quality/Engineering/Manufacturing is an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in a QA/Inspection role.
• Able to use calipers and other measurement tools accurately.
• Good understanding of basic measurement principles.
• Familiarity with quality tools, inspection techniques, ISO 9001, 14001, IATF16949
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
