Job Description:
1. Assist in performing day-to-day administrative and clerical duties.
2. Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and courier 4. arrangements.
5. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.
6. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
7. Support procurement activities, including office stationery and general office supplies.
8. Maintain proper records and ensure all documentation is updated and easily accessible.
9. Liaise with internal departments and external parties on administrative matters.
10. Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems.
11. Ensure the office environment is organized and administrative processes are carried out efficiently.
12. Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Head of Department.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resource Management, Management, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1 years’ experience or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
5. Good organizational and time management skills.
6. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
7. Willing to learn, adaptable, and proactive.
8. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
9. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
