Employment Details:

• Location: Menara Southpoint
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Duration: 6 Month Contract (1 month probation)
• Basic salary: RM2,500
• Start Date: Immediate Hiring

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare relevant details for weekly property approval presentation, which includes site feasibility in terms of location, coverage and financial analysis.
• Coordinate drop off point or hubs’ go live with ground operations, fleet and product team in terms of system, manpower and parcel transfer.
• Coordinate with the operations team to identify suitable locations and evaluate drop-off point or hub coverage for relocation or expansion, turning feedback into actionable plans.
• Work with internal teams to incorporate new processes when needed.

Job Requirements

• Have relevant experience - open to fresh graduate
• Proficient in using Google Sheets and Google Slides. Able to effectively manage and analyze data in spreadsheets, create templates and create presentations.
• Familiarity with property evaluations (e.g., feasibility checks, cost analysis)
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Has attention to detail, quick learning, adaptive and flexible

Pay: RM2,499.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
