Full Time EVENT EXECUTIVE( EVENT OPERATIONS - CLIENT SERVICING) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Adnology Labs Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Liaise with clients on event requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with creative, design, production, and operations teams
• Manage day-to-day event operations, planning, and execution
• Prepare and maintain event timelines, task lists, and run-of-show
• Attend site recce, rehearsals, and event days
• Ensure client changes and feedback are communicated clearly and promptly
• Support post-event reporting and wrap-up
• Oversee on-site builds, midnight mall setups, live event days, and tear-downs
• Make sure everything looks good, works safely, and meets venue requirements
• Stay plugged into current event, pop-up, and materials trend

Performance Expectations

• Respond to client and internal communication promptly and professionally
• Maintain clear documentation (timelines, updates, task tracking)
• Anticipate issues early and escalate when necessary
• Stay organized while handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Be present and accountable during event days, weekends, and public holidays
• Represent the company professionally with clients and partners.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in events, brand activations, or agency environment(fresh graduates are welcome to apply, salary is based on working experience)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Strong eye for materials, finishes, and physical detailing
• Willing to work flexible hours based on event schedules
• Comfortable working late nights / overnight setups

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
