JEV Forklift Service Technician

Location: Batu Pahat, Johor
Job Type: Full-Time

About Us

KJH Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is the authorized distributor of SKYWORTH EV Forklifts in Malaysia. We are building a strong technical team to support the growing demand for electric forklifts across the country.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform servicing and preventive maintenance on EV forklifts.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults.
• Install and commission new forklifts at customer sites.
• Carry out on-site troubleshooting and emergency repairs.
• Inspect lithium batteries, chargers, motors, and controllers.
• Complete service reports and maintenance records.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Travel to customer sites when required.

Requirements

• Experience in forklift, automotive, heavy equipment, or machinery repair.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel for field service.
• Valid Malaysian driving licence.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Forklift servicing experience.
• EV or lithium battery knowledge.
• Hydraulic repair experience.
• Electrical or electronic diagnostics.
• Welding or fabrication skills (an advantage).

Work Location

• Based in Batu Pahat, Johor.
