HIRING: ENGINEERING ASSISTANT

- Day Shift Allowance: $6.50 per day
- Night Shift Allowance: $15.50 per day
- Meal Allowance: $3.00 per day (for completed 12-hour shifts)
- Salary : SGD *************
Annual Leave Perks:
- Non-Executive: 9 Days (12-hour shift)
- Executive: 10 Days (12-hour shift)
FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS & SHIFT PATTERNS
- Phase 1 (Training Period): Monday to Friday normal shift to get you fully up to speed.
- Note: Training usually takes 1–3 months, depending on how fast you learn!
- Phase 2 (Post-Training): Based on production needs, you will be assigned to either:
- Normal Shift: Mon – Fri (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) OR
- Permanent 12-Hour Shift: 4-3-3-4 rotating day or night shift pattern!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical Support: Assist Technicians and Operators with machine/process troubleshooting and failure analysis. PDF+ 2
- Team Guidance: Support supervisors in managing the production team and guiding operators to hit output goals. PDF+ 1
- Quality Control: Work with the Line Engineer to check control charts, checklists, and material changes. PDF
- Yield Improvement: Monitor and troubleshoot production lines to improve daily final test yields. PDF
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification: Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering. PDF
- Experience: No experience required (Comprehensive training provided!). PDF
- Skills: Good communication skills and basic Microsoft Excel/Word knowledge. PDF
- Bonus: Cleanroom working experience is a plus. PDF
