About This Role

PowTech Group is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team and be deployed on a high-impact enterprise engagement with one of our clients based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a hands-on role where you will own the Salesforce platform end-to-end, from daily administration through to automation design, integration management, and user enablement across Sales, Marketing, and Operations functions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user access, security settings, roles, and profiles
• Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows
• Design and build Flows and automation rules to reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency
• Handle sandbox environments, change management, and production deployments
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and platforms such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Build reports and dashboards that give teams clear visibility into pipeline health and business performance
• Drive data quality initiatives and enforce governance standards across the platform
• Produce documentation and conduct training sessions to strengthen Salesforce adoption across the organization
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and translate them into scalable system solutions

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, CRM implementation, or Salesforce consulting
• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong working knowledge of Flows, Process Builder, custom objects, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and security configurations
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required
• Exposure to Apex, SOQL/SOSL, REST APIs, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, or HTML is an added advantage
• Clear communicator with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
• Analytical mindset with a track record of turning business requirements into practical system solutions
