Responsibility Scope:

·        Portfolio Management (Ensure account profile have a good mix of targets to support company)

·        Ensure that all assigned accounts are managed and developed in line with the established corporate/regional strategies

·        Identify potential clients and acquire new business in the regions in Lifesciences and Healthcare Industry

·        Provide client and Target information, maintenance of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) in quality and timely manner

·        Provide competitive, pricing proposals and quotations in response to RFQ to enable business win

·        Manage and maintain sales pipelines and provide monthly sales reports to direct manager and management 

·        Deliver compliant and professional produced proposals within the deadline parameters.

·        Support sales and marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness

·        Maintain updated contact database of clients

·        Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

·        Minimum Diploma or degree in relevant field.

·        Ideally at least 3 years of working experiences in Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Lifesciences and Healthcare logistics

·        Well organized and flexible. Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines

·        Equipped with excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation & presentation skills

·        Good team player with ability to interact with all levels and departments

·        Knowledge in Life Sciences and Healthcare logistics will be an advantage

·        Good analytical skills with positive attitude to take on challenges/ responsibilities

·        Self-motivated, proactive & result oriented
