Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced System Control Team Lead/Manager to lead the development of control systems and automation solutions for industrial machinery and equipment. This role is responsible for overseeing automation engineering activities, including electrical design, PLC/HMI programming, motion control, system integration, machine commissioning, and overall project execution.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments and customers to ensure automation systems meet technical requirements, quality standards, project timelines, and operational expectations.

Job Description:

1.Automation & Control System

• Lead and manage automation and control system projects for custom machinery and industrial equipment.
• Design electrical control systems, including control panel layout, wiring schematics, and component selection.
• Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, servo, inverter, and motion control systems.
• Ensure machine safety standards and electrical compliance requirements are properly implemented.
• Support machine commissioning, FAT, SAT, installation, and on-site troubleshooting activities.

2.Project Management

• Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, and technical resource utilization.
• Coordinate closely with mechanical, software, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify technical risks, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding technical requirements, project updates, and engineering solutions.

3.Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to PLC, PC, Electrical, and Robotic Engineers.
• Review and approve control system design documentation and engineering deliverables.
• Standardize automation control system design practices and improve engineering workflow efficiency.
• Evaluate and implement new automation technologies, industrial solutions, and engineering improvements.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial automation, machine building, or equipment design.
• Strong technical knowledge in:
• PLC Programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Keyence, Omron, etc.)
• HMI / SCADA Systems
• Servo & Motion Control
• Electrical Schematic Design
• Industrial Communication Protocols
• PC Programming (LabVIEW, C++, etc.)
• Robotics Integration (SCARA, 6-Axis Robot, Collaborative Robot/Cobot, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in machine commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration.
• Strong project management, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel for machine installation, commissioning, and customer support whenever required.
