We are looking for a versatile and adaptable Operations Business Analyst (BA) to support a wide range of business and technology initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on diverse projects, bridging business and technical teams, and driving operational improvements.

Responsibilitie

• sGather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments
• .Act as the liaison between business users, operations teams, and technical teams
• .Support end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support
• .Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization
• .Create business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
• .Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions to drive project outcomes
• .Coordinate testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, and issue tracking
• .Support change management, user training, and adoption activities
• .Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business objectives
• .Be flexible and ready to support projects of varying scope, complexity, and business domains

Requiremen

• ts3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar rol
• e.Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder managemen
• t.Ability to quickly understand new business domains and adapt to different project environment
• s.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill
• s.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritie
• s.Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholder
• s.Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervisio
