Job Description

  • Manage the organization's cash flow, ensuring liquidity and effective utilization of funds.
  • Develop and implement treasury strategies aligned with the company's financial objectives.
  • Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including currency and interest rate exposures.
  • Oversee banking relationships and negotiate terms to optimize funding and services.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements related to treasury operations.
  • Evaluate and improve treasury processes and systems for greater efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and financial planning.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Treasury Manager Should Have

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in treasury operations and financial risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and cash flow management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with treasury systems and financial tools is advantageous.
