What You'll Do
Lead & Inspire the Team
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and seamless service.
- Prepare staff schedules and assign duties to maximize productivity.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve excellent performance.
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative working environment.
Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high service standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.
Maintain Food Safety & Cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Promote a safe and hygienic working environment for both guests and staff.
Inventory & Operational Support
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
- Minimize wastage through effective inventory control.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support Business Growth
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support social media initiatives and brand awareness efforts.
- Contribute ideas to enhance customer engagement and business performance.
Financial & Operational Excellence
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining service quality.
- Perform other duties assigned by management to support business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Able to work independently and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as Cabin Crew, Flight Attendant, Hotel Operations, Guest Services, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
