We are a Material Handling Equipment company specializing in Forklift and Reach Truck repair and rental services. For over 25 years, we have been serving businesses in Port Klang with honest service and reliable workmanship.

With our own fleet of rental forklifts and a fully equipped workshop, we are committed to helping our customers keep their operations moving every day.

We are looking for a Service Advisor who enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service together with us.

• Communicate with customers to understand their forklift repair and service requirements.
• Prepare repair quotations and recommend suitable repair solutions.
• Coordinate repair jobs with the service team and monitor work progress.
• Follow up with customers on repair status and after-service feedback.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain job records and basic administrative documentation.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge (forklift or automotive knowledge is an advantage).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, positive attitude, and willing to learn.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office & WhatsApp).
