Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.
- Supervise loading and unloading operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are accurately checked against delivery documents.
- Organize warehouse space to maximize storage efficiency and accessibility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
- Ensure materials are stored according to company standards and product specifications.
Loading & Unloading Operations
- Supervise the loading and unloading of raw materials, packaging materials, machinery parts, and finished goods.
- Verify the quantity and condition of goods received or dispatched.
- Ensure proper handling techniques to prevent product damage.
- Coordinate vehicle loading schedules with transport providers and production teams.
- Monitor loading plans to optimize vehicle capacity and minimize transportation costs.
- Ensure loading and unloading activities comply with workplace safety procedures.
- Investigate and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts and support periodic stocktakes.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate variances.
- Ensure First-In, First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) inventory practices are followed where applicable.
- Coordinate material transfers between warehouse locations and production departments.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Delivery Orders (DO), Material Requisition Forms (MRF), and stock movement records.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Record damaged, rejected, or returned materials and recommend corrective actions.
Equipment & Material Handling
- Coordinate the safe use of forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and lifting equipment.
- Ensure warehouse equipment is inspected and maintained regularly.
- Report equipment defects and arrange timely maintenance.
- Ensure proper labeling and identification of all materials.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
- Enforce safe loading, unloading, and lifting procedures.
- Conduct workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping is maintained at all times.
- Participate in safety meetings, training, and emergency response activities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company operating procedures where applicable.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supervising loading and unloading activities is preferred.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Valid forklift certification is an added advantage (where applicable)
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
