We're looking for three candidates for Production Operator to join our team at Letromec Industries (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, located at our Bukit Mertajam branch.

Job Position: Production Operator (Milling/Fabricator)

Job Responsibilities:

• CNC Operation & Setup: Set up and operate open type CNC machinery to perform precise aluminum profile cutting
• Machine configurations & adjustments: Load CNC programs, adjust offsets, and select the correct tooling based on job requirements and material specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, or gauges to ensure they meet strict design tolerances and customer order specifications.
• Machine Care & Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning, fluid checks, and routine preventative maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Aluminium Profile Cutting & Assembly: Assist the team by cutting aluminium profiles and assembling components according to specifications as needed.
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare, pack, label, and finalize customer orders in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines.
• Workspace & Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain a highly organized, safe, and clean environment across the cutting station and warehouse floor.

Job Qualifications & Skills:

• 1 year Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or Operator
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to step in and help with hands-on assembly work.

Job Position: Production Operator (Cutting)

Job Responsibilities:

• Belt & Linear Guide Cutting: Safely operate specialized machinery and tools to cut industrial belts and linear guides to exact customer specifications.
• Measurement & Quality Control: Read job orders, cut sheets, and blueprints to ensure all materials are cut accurately using precision measuring tools.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and perform basic daily upkeep on cutting machinery to ensure safety and optimal performance.
• Product Assembly: Assist in assembling aluminum profiles and associated components according to specifications to meet delivery deadlines.
• Workspace Organization: Actively maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment across the production floor and warehouse.

Job Qualifications & Skills:

• 1 year experience in handling industrial cutting tools
• Strong ability to read measuring tapes and hand tools with high accuracy.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, diagrams, or standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Physical stamina to handle workshop materials and stand for extended periods.
• A proactive, team-player attitude towards maintaining a clean workshop.

Job Position: Production Operator (Assembly & Packing)

Job Responsibilities:

• Order Inspection & Verification: Review job orders and pick lists to verify that the correct items, quantities, and dimensions (such as cut belts or aluminum profiles) are present before packing.
• Secure Packaging: Wrap, pack, and secure products using appropriate materials (e.g., boxing, crating, palletizing, or shrink-wrapping) to prevent damage during transit.
• Labeling & Documentation: Generate and apply accurate shipping labels, barcodes, and packing slips in accordance with customer requirements and shipping standards.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Assist in counting finished goods and updating inventory records as items are packed and prepared for dispatch
• Product Assembly: Step in to assist with the assembly of aluminum profiles, belt splicing, or other light manufacturing tasks during peak times.
• Workspace & Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain a clean, hazard-free, and highly organized packing station and warehouse layout to maximize efficiency.
• Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move materials or packed orders around the warehouse using manual or automated equipment (like pallet jacks).

Job Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience as a Packing Operator, Warehouse Assistant, or Production Operator.
• Exceptional attention to detail to catch discrepancies in order numbers, quantities, or product quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Physical stamina to lift packages, stand for long periods, and handle repetitive packing tasks.
• Strong team player who is willing to shift from packing to assembly as production demands change.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
