Kerja Sepenuh Masa Site Quantity Surveyor, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Potensi Cekal Pahang - Maukerja

Position based in Felda Terapai, Bera

· Review Tender Drawings, Construction Drawings (to calculate quantities) and Bills of Quantity to check for discrepancies;

· Prepare Project Budget for Management approval;

· Project budget control and tracking of costs & quantity including generating cost reports;

· Prepare tender costs estimates (post tender);

· Responsible for tendering process (post tender) including sourcing for sub-contractors & suppliers;

· Prepare sub-contractor’s certificates of payment according to works completed and evaluate variation claims;

· Prepare sub-contractor’s final accounts;

· Others – attending project co-ordination meeting at site, liaise with Senior Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager on construction site issues for trouble shooting, report to Senior Quantity Surveyor and Management from time to time on cost and progress matters.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
