Responsibilities:

• Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their security requirements.
• Promote the company's security services, including manned guarding, CCTV monitoring, mobile patrols, event security, and other integrated security solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth implementation of security services.
• Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Represent the company at business networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
• Basic understanding of administrative processes or willingness to learn tendering procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Added Advantage:

• Internship or academic exposure to procurement, administration, or documentation work.
• Familiarity with tendering platforms or systems (e.g., E-Perolehan) is a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of business, procurement, or contract processes.

Preferred Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
