HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT & ADMIN
Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
- Screen basic resumes and arrange interviews with candidates.
- Prepare interview schedules and follow up with applicants.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Support new hire orientation (preparing files, forms, access cards, etc.).
2. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
- Input and update data in HRIS or HR spreadsheets.
- Track attendance, leave, overtime forms, and other HR documents.
- Assist in preparing HR letters (confirmation, transfer, warning drafts, memos).
- Help with benefits administration (medical cards, claims, insurance updates).
3. Employee Support
- Handle basic employee inquiries regarding leave, attendance, HR forms, and general HR matters.
- Assist in the coordination of staff activities, events, and training sessions.
- Support HR in distribution of memos, announcements, and policy updates.
4. Disciplinary & Compliance Support
- Help document disciplinary cases (collect statements, file reports).
- Prepare paperwork for warning letters or follow-up actions (under HR executive’s guidance).
- Ensure HR documentation complies with company policy and labour law requirements.
5. General Office & Admin Duties
- Handle filing, photocopying, documentation, and HR-related administrative tasks.
- Assist in managing office supplies, stationery, access cards, and basic admin work.
- Support payroll team by providing attendance and HR data on time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or any equivalent field of studies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good professional communication skill
- A result-oriented person and a team player
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
