Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all payments, amounts, and financial records are accurate and properly maintained.
• Process expense claims and requests for approval.
• Liaise with third-party service providers, clients, and suppliers.
• Update and maintain accounting procedures and documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Provide supporting documentation and assistance during audits.
• Prepare and process electronic fund transfers and payments.
• Generate and issue e-Invoices through the MyTax portal
• Prepare SST schedules and ensure timely submissions.
• Prepare full monthly payment voucher documentation.
• Update and reconcile customer payment receipts.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as required by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or LCCI qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas and Marine industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software.
• Possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Candidates who are able to commence work immediately will have an added advantage.

Working Location

• Kuala Lumpur Office
• Conveniently accessible via public transportation, including MRT Conlay, LRT KLCC, and Monorail Raja Chulan.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Last Saturday of every month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
