Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company's overall financial operations and accounting functions.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop, monitor, and manage company budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare tax computations and ensure timely submission of statutory payments and tax filings.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including financial reporting standards.
• Establish and improve internal controls, financial policies, and operational procedures.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate risk management strategies.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounting team.
• Support management in strategic planning, business decisions, and investment evaluations.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and directors.
• Manage company assets, fixed asset register, and inventory valuation where applicable.
• Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), E-Invoice, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
