About the Role
Pathgreen Energy is looking for a proactive and hands-on Project Supervisor to oversee the execution of solar PV and renewable energy projects. You will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities, supervising installation teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily project site activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
- Lead project kick-off meetings, toolbox talks, and site safety briefings.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion without delays.
- Ensure all installation works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and client requirements.
- Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, tools, equipment, and machinery for site activities.
- Prepare weekly work plans and monitor daily work progress.
- Maintain daily records of manpower, machinery, site activities, and construction progress.
- Conduct Testing & Commissioning (T&C), quality inspections, and system troubleshooting during and after installation.
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise installers and subcontractors to ensure high standards of workmanship and productivity.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Enforce compliance with the Company's Quality Management System (QMS), Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, and all applicable procedures.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain proper project documentation.
- Attend site meetings and communicate project updates with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Possess a valid Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) PW2 or PW4 Certificate of Competency (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project or site supervision, preferably in solar PV, renewable energy, electrical, or construction projects.
- Good knowledge of electrical installation practices, Testing & Commissioning (T&C), and site safety requirements.
- Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to supervise subcontractors and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence and willing to travel to project sites across Malaysia.
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
