1) Human Resource Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.
- Monitor manpower requirements and recommend appropriate staffing levels.
- Prepare and manage annual HR budgets
2) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for all positions.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Ensure timely hiring to support operational requirements.
3) Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
- Foster positive employee relations and maintain a productive work environment.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and conflict resolution.
- Advise management on employment-related matters.
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory authorities when required.
4) Performance Management
- Develop and administer performance appraisal systems.
- ·Work with department heads to establish KPIs and performance objectives.
- Support succession planning and employee development programs.
5) Compensation & Benefits
- Review and administer salary structures, benefits, and incentive programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Recommend compensation strategies to attract and retain talent.
6) Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and develop annual training plans.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee competency development.
- Promote leadership and succession development initiatives.
7) Compliance & HR Administration
- · Ensure compliance with:
- · Employment Act 1955
- · EPF (KWSP)
- · SOCSO (PERKESO)
- · EIS (SIP)
- · HRD Corp requirements
- · Occupational Safety and Health regulations
- · Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- · Manage employee contracts, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and resignations.
8) HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards.
- Monitor key HR metrics including (not limited to)
- Headcount, Turnover rate, Absenteeism, Overtime & Training hours
- Recommend improvement initiatives based on HR data.
To be based in Kalumpang Selangor
