Kerja Sepenuh Masa EXECUTIVE (PROJECT MANAGEMENT), Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Tomcare Resources Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Assist the superior in project development activities.
• Oversee assigned project development tasks and report any issues or deviations to the superior in a timely manner.
• Responsible for developing, monitoring, and coordinating new product development with suppliers during the early stages of new projects.
• Prepare testing schedules, monitor progress, and ensure all activities comply with customer requirements, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Develop and maintain FMEA, Process Flow, SOP, and BOM documents, ensuring they are updated as and when required.
• Responsible for quality confirmation during F (First) and P (Pilot) stages in collaboration with the QC/QA Department, including ISIR submission and approval.
• Attend vendor briefings, handle customer complaints, and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or new product development within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Fresh graduates with strong project management knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and IATF 16949 requirements is an advantage.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Microsoft Project or other project management software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings or supplier visits when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
