We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with a strong background in Azure DevOps, Databricks, and Agentic AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on Python development experience and proven expertise in designing, developing, and supporting scalable applications. This role requires experience in multi-agent orchestration, memory management for AI agents, production support, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications.
• Build and optimize data engineering solutions using Databricks (DBx).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions with multi-agent orchestration and communication frameworks.
• Implement memory management strategies for AI agents to enhance contextual understanding and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability and reliability.
• Monitor application performance, optimize system efficiency, and implement logging and monitoring solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
• Document technical designs, implementation details, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Proven hands-on experience with Databricks (DBx).
• Experience developing Agentic AI applications.
• Strong understanding of multi-agent orchestration and communication frameworks.
• Experience implementing memory management for AI agent development.
• Hands-on experience supporting production applications, including:
• Application logging and monitoring
• Performance tuning and optimization
• Incident troubleshooting and resolution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Cloud services.
• Knowledge of AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with PySpark and data engineering.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Pay: RM3,980.19 - RM10,000.00 per month
