ROLE SUMMARY
As a Sales Engineer, you will be the voice of our organization, convincing customers to adopt solar, developing new leads, maintaining expectations throughout the sales cycle, and closing deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage customers through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email, following up on leads.
- Drive sales by activating promotions and activities to generate leads.
- Maximize sales through persuasive methods, understanding customer needs.
- Act as the customer's voice, addressing questions and providing information on residential solar solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals and payment follow-ups.
- Utilize a CRM system to track sales progress and capture relevant data and documents.
- Meet monthly KPIs, with the potential for outdoor sales engagement as needed.
- Other tasks requested from your supervisor.
- Other relevant duties assigned by your reporting manager / The Management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in B2C sales and telemarketing.
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, or Mass Communication.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A knack for quickly understanding technical product information and assessing customers’ requirements.
- Having a background in solar photovoltaic is a bonus.
- A preference for being indoors.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
