BIM Engineer (Mid-Level)

Leighton Asia is seeking a BIM Engineer to develop high-quality BIM models and digital engineering deliverables that support major infrastructure and building projects across the region. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about BIM technology, coordination, and delivering accurate, efficient design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models and construction drawings using Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Perform clash detection, coordination, and model reviews.
• Generate shop drawings, combined services drawings (CSD), and installation shop drawings (ISD).
• Support tender submissions through technical and graphical presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with BIM standards, project requirements, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Sanitary Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant BIM/CAD drafting experience.
• Strong experience with Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM coordination, and clash analysis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver quality outputs within deadlines.
