Full Time Account Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,500 in Ajinoriki MSG (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd Kuala Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Update and monitor the company's daily cash balance.
• Plan and control cash flow, funding requirements, and budget allocation.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity requirements.
• Monitor and analyze daily bank interest and bank charges.
• Assist in foreign exchange (Forex) hedging activities.
• Monitor project costing and financial performance.
• Liaise with banks on banking facilities, financing matters, and annual review processes.
• Prepare treasury reports, financial analysis, and management information as required.
• Ensure treasury transactions and records are accurate and maintained in accordance with company policies.
• Support Finance Department initiatives related to treasury improvement and project implementation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior or Head of Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in treasury, finance, banking, or corporate finance.
• Experience in cash flow management, treasury operations, or banking facilities is preferred.
• Exposure to manufacturing or FMCG industries will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with banking facilities such as Overdraft (OD), Trade Facilities, Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantee (BG), or Forex transactions is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
• Willing to be based at our manufacturing facility in Bestari Jaya, Selangor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
