Cezars Kitchen is seeking a qualified Kitchen Manager to join our kitchen in Batu Berendam, Melaka.

In your role, you are the Director of Quality! You must ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow your guests, making them wanting to come back for seconds, thirds and so forth.
Essential Functions: Individuals who meet the following expectations will be contacted for an interview:
- Responsible for all Kitchen Production; including daily meals services and catering.
- Ability to cook a wide range of foods in large batch quantities: International Asian & Western cooking.
- Lead the Atmosphere: Insure the staff are working efficiently, cleanly, organized and professional.
- Training: In charge of all staff training, to insure proper procedures for handling food and serving customers.
- Cash management: Oversee all onsite cash handling, including: registers, petty cash, supplier payments.
- Purchasing: Manage all food and supply orders following approved vendor list and purchasing policy.
- Food Costs: Monitor kitchen to ensure proper use of product and inventory control while keeping waste to a minimum.
- Labor management: Hire staff, complete annual reviews, promote low-turnover and keep labor under 30%
- Communication: Must be proficient in English, computer literate and respond to all emails within 24 business hours.
- Safety & Security: Maintain a safe work environment for all staff and guests.
- Self-motivated and can work with the team and without direct supervision.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
