Job description
Join a globally recognised luxury retail organisation and play a key role in ensuring seamless order fulfilment, inventory coordination, and delivery operations across retail boutiques and business partners. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to support our operations team within a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales orders accurately through the ERP system for Retail Boutiques, Business Partners/Retailers, Employee Purchases & Internal Orders
- Coordinate product returns and ensure timely issuance of credit notes in accordance with company procedures.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, including Sales Order & Purchase Order Reports, Shipment and Duty Documentation & Delivery Schedules and Tracking Reports
- Coordinate delivery arrangements with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Liaise closely with retail, finance, warehouse, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of shipment-related claims and supporting documentation.
- Support E-Invoicing processes for e-commerce transactions and self-billed invoices.
- Participate in stock counts and inventory verification exercises across retail locations.
- Assist in inventory disposal activities involving damaged, discontinued, or expired products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Provide administrative support for order management, logistics coordination, and operational activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Advanced in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3/4 years of experience in order processing, customer operations, logistics coordination, supply chain, or a related field.
- Experience within retail, luxury retail, FMCG, consumer goods, or distribution environments will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good command of English & other additional languages
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and ownership.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
