Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for daily operational tasks which include processing petty cash claims, filing, stationary supplies & orders etc.
- Support sales department on billing invoice processing.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, copying.
- Process staff attendance, OT claims and ensure accuracy.
- The scope of work will be revised depending on the management’s needs or request.
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
- Preparation for any training related.
- Monitoring staff attendance and data entry.
- Participate in ISO9001:2015
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/SPTM, Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Organized and excellent time management skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Able to work extra hours and independently.
- Training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Semenyih: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
