Kerja Sepenuh Masa GENERAL CLERK, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,300 di Tomcare Resources Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily documentation, filing, and record management.
• Prepare and update daily production reports, material requisitions, and stock inventory records.
• Maintain accurate attendance records for the department on a daily basis.
• Assist in office administration and general clerical duties.
• Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained in accordance with 5S practices.
• Coordinate and assist with vehicle inspection matters involving JPJ and PUSPAKOM (experience is an added advantage).
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements :

• At least 1 year experience in related field
• Able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good social and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate (Good in Microsoft Excel and Word)
• Possess a valid driving license
• Willing to do overtime if required
• Willing to work in Puchong area
