Kerja Sepenuh Masa Manager, Facility - Outsource Service, Gaji tinggi MYR 7,000 di Integrated Oncology Center (Kuala Lumpur) Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

- Establishes department scope of service and objective which are consistent with the hospitals mission, vision and goal.

- Develops departmental budgeting including CAPEX and OPEX.

- Manage the departments to maintain and monitors the performance off all hospital systems and equipment and also to make sure all are in good and at optimum operational condition.

- Responsible in scheduling and planning all routine maintenance and surveillances, plan preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, local authorities and government department yearly inspections.

- Communicate and liaise with local authorities for any surveillances and inspection.

- Monitor outsourced services key performance index (KPI) and performance indicator as per requirement from MOH, CKAPS, and MSQH.

- To coordinate with outsource services and appointed vendor to ensure equipment uptime.

- Manages and reviews all outsourced service contracts and performances.

- Checks completed work by vendors and contractors.

- Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.

- Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees.

- Report to appropriate department, senior management, or Hospital CEO on any unusual findings.

Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month
