About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is eager to learn, and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounting entries
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Prepare journal entries and monthly accounting schedules
  • Assist with monthly and year-end closing
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when required
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
  • Assist with ad hoc finance and administrative duties

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are welcome
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with accounting software is an advantage
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
