Tanggungjawab

  • To provide electrical and instrumentation system support to operation
  • To trouble shoot and solve the electrical and instrument system problem in the operation and minimize equipment downtime.
  • Carry out and implement of electrical and instrumentation preventive maintenance to meet the schedule and target.
  • Carry out effective preventive maintenance as per scheduled for electrical and instrument field equipment in plants such as sensors, RTD / Thermocouple, Level switches, Transmitter, Limit switches, Push button, Control valves, Pneumatic cylinder & etc.
  • Maintains the pneumatic and hydraulic system for field instrumentation.
  • To troubleshoot plant electrical and instrument problem through SCADA and PLC system.
  • Carry out effective preventive maintenance as per schedule for PLC system, instrument control panel, fire alarm system and weighing system.
  • Perform weighing calibration, temperature verification, loop checking and instrument system improvement.
  • Assist Electrical Engineer to lead and train the junior electricians in repair/service task, trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
  • Carry out motor servicing for electrical AC motors and motors starter electrical circuit up to 200kW when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum qualification: Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Skills: Knowledge of SCADA, PLC and instrument equipment.
  • Ambitious to learn new things. Able to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Good trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
  • A very good team player.
  • Possessed own transport and valid driving license
  • Willing to work in Pulau Indah

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,577.97 per month
