Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install and commission new equipment and production lines
- Perform machine setup, installation, and integration
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers on tooling, fixtures, and equipment procurement and installation
- Conduct equipment qualification, validation, and prepare detailed technical reports
- Prepare technical documentation such as PCA, Qualification Plans, and EER
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment issues
- Respond promptly to downtime to minimize production disruptions
- Perform electronic troubleshooting, including PLC programming and hardware interfacing
- Develop and document preventive maintenance procedures
- Optimize equipment parameters to improve performance and yield
- Design, test, and implement equipment modifications and improvements
- Support process optimization to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
- Provide recommendations for long-term equipment improvements
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, validation, and technical changes
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Apply strong hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendor
